My name is John Guinn, I live in Los Angeles California, I have always loved films, television shows, and commercials, really anything entertaining. So after working many jobs in the United States, I decided to start a film production company, there are many challenges, so I set out to learn the business which is an essential part of making a film. The film business in Hollywood is excited and uplifting. I have gotten a chance to meet some very knowledgeable people in the business and they really know their stuff. I am in the process of getting several films together and producing them.
Jon Pfeiffer / Lead Attorney
Jon Pfeiffer is an experienced entertainment trial attorney practicing in Santa Monica, California. He has successfully tried over sixty-five cases to conclusion before juries, arbitrators and judges. Mr. Pfeiffer specializes in high stakes, "bet the company" entertainment, business and copyright litigation.
Prior to forming the boutique entertainment law firm of Pfeiffer FitzGibbon & Ziontz LLP, he was a partner with the international law firm of Bryan Cave LLP in its Santa Monica, California office. Mr. Pfeiffer received his B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska in 1980, graduating with distinction, and his J.D. degree from the University of Denver in 1983. He is licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court as well as the courts of the states of Colorado, Nebraska and California.
Mr. Pfeiffer has served as a Judge Pro Tempore for the Los Angeles County Municipal Court. He also served on the Board of Trustees for the Los Angeles County Bar Association and as a delegate to the State Bar Conference of Delegates. In addition, Mr. Pfeiffer has served as the president of the Santa Monica Bar Association and is currently the co-chair of Santa Monica Bar Association's Entertainment Law Section. Jon Pfeiffer is an Adjunct Professor at the Seaver College of Letters, Arts and Sciences at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. Mr. Pfeiffer teaches Mass Communication Law (COM 570) and has twice received the Outstanding Adjunct Teaching Award. COM 570 covers First Amendment issues as well as defamation, advertising, obscenity, indecency, privacy (intrusion, private facts, false light and the right of publicity) and copyright.
Mr. Pfeiffer was named among “Super Lawyers” for entertainment law for 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. He was also named one of the top 100 entertainment lawyers in California for 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 by the American Society of Legal Advocates.

Lawrence Howard Williams / Vice President of the Board
Born an Airforce brat in Okinawa Japan, and thus so is well-traveled; Lawrence deeply believes his worldly travels, gives him a lot of experiences to draw from, and thus so, makes him a natural storyteller and filmmaker. His passion began at the age of 8, this is when Lawrence wrote his first script; a rough combination of Star Wars and Raiders of the Lost Ark, his two favorite movies; this was six years before Mel Brooks' Space Balls. Since then Lawrence has graduated from San Diego State University. He's acted in, wrote, produced, directed, and edited numerous short films. Lawrence is currently producing for Diversity Pictures a company he owns and found himself.

I studied at Valley College, in North Hollywood, Ca. I am an Actor, Writer, and Director and a member of Sag, Ftra, and WGA. I have demonstrated my ability to be versatile along with the depth necessary to play the roles that have an extensive range. MaZulu / Film Director / Screen writer / Financial Management
I am a multi award winning Zimbabwean Screenwriter/Director in the area of television and theater for over 20 years. Recent notable achievements include publication of my full length politically charged play script inside a British academic journal. I have also in the past years been selected to represented Zimbabwe as a film maker.
My overall mission is telling diverse stories of ambition and courage featuring fearless and ambitious female lead characters from Africa. I have worked with Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation as a writer/producer/director for the drama department with duties including drafting and management of production budgets. Additional foot prints include championing community theatre for policy advocacy at Amakhosi Theatre and Nhimbe Trust in Bulawayo, with my work used for successful national and regional behavior change campaigns examining critical social and health issues. I continue creating work drawing attention to serious humanitarian violations through projects focusing on active audience engagement. Being a team leader for both urban and rural projects has further developed my strong ability to call on people from different backgrounds, influencing my value as a voice that can bring a wider perspective through various forms of art.
